If you are keen and serious about building your health through learning Taichi, we would like to meet you.

We are committed to impart skills, to learn and grow together. Whether you are a total beginner, or well-versed in other martial arts, come with determination BUT be open to accept new teachings. As the saying goes, "Empty your cups so that it may be filled again".

We do not send our students to any performances or competitions. If you wish to join such events please visit local community centres. If you are planning to learn Taichi just for self defense purpose our courses are not suitable for you.

WHAT SHALL I WEAR?

Our training attire is Sports Tshirt (with sleeves) and long exercise pants. Fanciful Chinese Taichi costumes, Singlets, Sleeveless Tshirt, Bermudas, Shorts, etc are NOT appropriate and NOT allowed in class.

Proper Taichi flat shoes are important. Sports shoes has too much cushioning and will make it difficult for students to "feel the ground" (rooting). Taichi shoes are not expensive and easily available at neighbourhood shops or markets.

To maintain our studio hygiene, all footwear must be clean and used for indoor purposes only. We do NOT allow external footwear inside our training studio. We urge all students to respect a traditional martial arts school practice, and come in proper training attire. We regret that those with inappropriate attire will not be allowed to attend our classes
