Experience Wu Taichi Workshop
An one-off Introductory Workshop (180 mins) is designed for anyone who like to try out what Wu Taichi is about. The workshop will introduce traditional Taichi culture, footwork, hand forms.
Taichi Fundamentals For Fitness Course
A foundation course that covers essential Wu Taichi stances, footworks, hand forms, and lower body strengthen works. It aims to build a strong foundation for you to continue learning Taichi, or you can simply take it up as a regular fitness class. This course is usually once a week and run for 12 weeks. The session is usually 60 mins and easy to follow. Students can enrol this course as a regular fitness activity.
Basic Wu Taichi Course
Basic Wu Taichi Course is a short term course. It is designed for busy adults whom may not have the time to immerse into a complicated Taichi Routine course. This course is usually once a week, and run for 12 weeks. You will learn key fundamentals and a basic routine where you can easily practise. The session is 90 mins..

Intermediate Wu Taichi 1
Intermediate Wu Taichi1 is available to students whom has completed the Basic Wu Taichi course and wish to immerse a little deeper into the art. The course will cover more routine steps to provide students with an enhanced experience in practising Traditional Wu Taichi. This course is usually once a week and run for 24 weeks. The session is usually 90 mins. This course is optional and is perfectly fine if students feel the Basic Wu Taichi course has already met their exercise goals.

Intermediate Wu Taichi 2
Intermediate Wu Taichi (2) is for those whom has learnt for a year or more and wish to immerse fully into the art. The course will cover all the remaining routine steps leading to the full completion of the Traditional Wu Taichi 108 routine. This course is usually once a week and run for 24 weeks. The session is 90mins. This course is optional and students who are keen can express their interest to the School. You will be notified on the intake availability.

Full Routine Practise Session
Full Routine practise session is scheduled for old timers or regular students whom has completed the entire Wu Taichi routine and simply wish to practise it on a regular basis. The session will consist of a short warm up and a full 108 routine practise. The session is usually 75 mins. The session is offered a few times a week.

Intermediate course for the Taichi warriors whom are keen to perfect their routine steps in greater details. This course is offered on ad-hoc basis, usually in 10 sessions and each session is usually 90 mins. Students who are keen can express their interest to the School. The school can organise depending on slots availability. This ad-hoc course can be conducted as a group class, private small groups or individual 1-on-1 basis.
Wu Taichi 108 Fast Form, Wu Taichi Applications, Wu Taichi Push Hand Courses
These courses are offered as additional programs to existing students whom have completed the full Wu Taichi 108 routine. These courses are offered on ad-hoc basis, usually in 10 sessions and each session is usually 90 mins. Students who are keen can express their interest to the School. The school can organise depending on slots availability. This ad-hoc course can be conducted as a group class, private small groups or individual 1-on-1 basis.
